Derived from a selection of some of the most liked tweets by figures such as Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Elon Musk, Macaulay Culkin, and Andy Milonakis, the series inverts traditional redaction: innocuous public texts are “whited out” to reveal new political or critical meanings. Presented as light boxes reminiscent of bar signage, the works link digital platforms like X to social spaces for conversation. Referencing Man Ray, Tristan Tzara, Brion Gysin, and Marcel Broodthaers, the series continues a history of visual and literary experimentation with language and form.
